hi, i'm lucy.
i'm a design strategist working across user experience design, culture strategy, and speculative research.
in my current job at ibm, my primary focus is to research, analyze, and translate user and business insights into a project vision, helping f500 clients through their digital transformation journey using hybrid cloud and ai. previously, i was a space and experience designer in new york, london, and rotterdam.
my passions revolve around researching systems and processes, and using designed experiences to highlight potential future opportunities. in my spare time, i enjoy volunteering at the art gallery of ontario, exploring home automation, and avoiding capitalized letters.
